The Kiwanis Village Cottages are located in Victoria on an 8-acre site at Cook and Mallek Crescent, offer 81 bachelors, ½ bedrooms and one-bedroom cottages in a tranquil setting. Cottage sizes ranging from 340 to 645 square feet.
Rent includes water and garbage services. Parking, when available, is an additional fee. A few of our bachelor cottages include hydro.
Situated within a short distance to Hillside Mall and other shopping facilities, it is close to bus routes 24/25 Maplewood and 8 Interurban/Tillicum/Oak Bay
Residents in Kiwanis Village have exclusive use of the Viv-Shoemaker Activity Centre.
